Allana represented Australia at the Rugby Sevens in 2013, and then a string of knee injuries left Allana to stay off the field for many years prior to making the switch back to rugby league. Allana's first rugby league match for women came in the year 2015. Her performance was impressive against Queensland and represented New South Wales. Allana also has radio in her profile, with frequent appearances on 2GB's highest-rated Continuous Call Team. Outside of sport Allana is a trained educator. Allana Ferguson is a Jillaroos' rugby superstar and a fourth-time tear in the ACL was forced to end her career in football. Ferguson, 25, had torn her ACL in the same place at ages 15-17 and 20 years old. After a fourth tear she knew it was time to put an end to her.
